Crossmember Delete Front Bumper for 2016-2023 Tacoma

Rigid one piece design built from 3/16 A36 steel and 1 3/4 x .120 DOM tubing with 1 1/2 x .120 side support tubes. Only weighs 69lbs! The D rings feature a laminate plate design. This provides a secure recovery point.

This bumper requires the removal of the lower crossmember, trimming of the grill and fender caps. A heavy duty replacement crossmember will bolt in between the frame rails . The new crossmember will be a base for both the skid plate & bumper.

When removing the factory crossmember you must relocate the power steering cooler. Our kit includes a 10 row high performance power steering cooler with push lock AN fittings. The new cooler is secured to the core support with a combination mount. This mount holds both the cooler and your winch control box.

Bumper comes standard with side wing light mounts that fit a squadron & s2 or other similar sized lights. Optional 7 light bar mount is sold separately.

High clearance Engine skid plate is made from 3/16 steel and features 8 mounting points compared to the industry standard of 6. Large flush mounted access panels allow for easy oil changes and stainless CNC machined washers to protect the access panel hardware.

3/16 plate weld on frame reinforcements included.

Note: Relocation is not neccesary if you are not deleting the factory crossmember but this comes standard in the kit.
