Where can I find install instructions for my part?
Many of our products include printed instructions or a QR code. If you didn’t receive them, contact us and we’ll send you a digital copy.
I’m having trouble with installation—what should I do?
Email us with clear photos and a description of the issue. We’ll get back with tech guidance or troubleshooting steps within 1–2 business days.
Custom Fabrication or Install Request
Do you offer custom work?
Yes, on a limited basis. We prioritize projects that align with our capabilities and brand. Submit your idea with drawings or photos to get started.
We also offer installation on all DRT and affiliate brands products.
What’s the lead time and cost for custom jobs?
Custom projects are quoted individually. Pricing and lead time depend on complexity, materials, and current workload.

Submit a dealer application through our website. We’ll review it and respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.
What are the requirements to be a dealer?
We look for established shops or resellers with industry experience and a commitment to high-quality customer service.

We’re open to partnerships with creators who align with our brand. Send us your handle, engagement stats, and vehicle build for review.
Warranty / Return Request
What’s your return policy?
Products can be returned within 30 days if they’re unused and in resalable condition. A restocking fee may apply. Custom and made-to-order items are not returnable.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. Our parts are backed by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Abuse, improper install, or modifications may void coverage.
Shipping Damage / Missing Items
My order arrived damaged—what should I do?
Inspect all freight on delivery and report damage immediately. Send us photos and a detailed description within 48 hours so we can assist with a claim or replacement.
An item is missing from my order—who do I contact?
If something’s missing or incorrect, reach out with your order number and a description of the issue. We’ll fix it as quickly as possible.
