Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns

  • To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be in new, unused, resalable condition
  • All original packaging, hardware, and accessories must be included
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required
  • Returns must be initiated by contacting us at info@drt-fabrication.com. We’ll send return instructions, and your return must be approved before sending anything back. Items returned without approval will not be accepted.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
    A 10% restocking fee will apply to all eligible returns.
    If the item shows signs of use or has been mounted, a 15% restocking fee will apply.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We do not accept returns on:
  • Made-to-order items (such as bumpers and low-pro bed bars)
  • Freight-shipped items
  • Customized products
  • Products used in giveaways tied to sales (if an order qualifies for a giveaway, it is non-refundable after the sale ends)
  • Orders using discount codes on non-DRT products (will be canceled and refunded with an 8% processing fee)

Sales & Promotions

  • Orders placed before a sale begins are not eligible for price adjustments
  • Only one discount code can be applied per order
  • Discount codes are valid only for DRT products

Shipping & Delivery

  • Most in-stock items ship within 3–5 business days.
    Out-of-stock or made-to-order items have their own lead times.
  • We ship internationally. However:
  • Duties, taxes, customs, and brokerage fees are not included and are the customer’s responsibility
  • Free and flat-rate shipping apply only to the lower 48 U.S. states
  • Customers in Hawaii, Alaska, or U.S. territories are responsible for any additional shipping costs
  • Standard shipping costs are covered by DRT Fabrication. The customer is responsible for any additional fees incurred beyond the base shipping cost. This includes, but is not limited to, charges such as late pickup fees assessed by freight carriers due to failure to collect shipments within the designated time frame.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of DRT Fabrication.
  • If approved, a 10% processing fee will apply
  • For made-to-order items: Cancelation is not allowed once production begins. Made to order items include but not limited to: Bumpers, Swing-outs, Lo-Pro Bed bars, Fabricated Spindles etc.

International Orders

  • DRT Fabrication does not ship large orders internationally. When permitted:
  • Orders must be paid by bank transfer
  • We do not ship to freight forwarders
  • Orders canceled due to freight forwarding addresses will incur an 8% cancellation fee

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@drt-fabrication.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected:
  • We’ll notify you of the approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval, please contact us at info@drt-fabrication.com

Privacy

We do not share your information with any outside parties. Your personal data is used strictly for order processing and marketing (with your consent).

DRT Fabrication products have no expressed or implied warranties. Use of our products is at your own risk. By installing or using any DRT product, you assume full responsibility and liability, including any damage or injury that may occur. Our products may void your vehicle’s factory warranty — please consult your dealer before installation. We are not responsible for loss of use, shipping costs, installation costs, or any incidental or consequential damages.
