  • Orders may be restricted or canceled if placed under the same customer account, credit card, billing address, or shipping address.

  • Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such cases, liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DRT Fabrication, its affiliates, employees, contractors, and suppliers from any claims, demands, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of third-party rights.

These Terms remain in effect unless terminated by either you or us.

  • You may terminate by ceasing use of our Services.

  • We may terminate access at any time if you violate these Terms.

  • Obligations incurred prior to termination (including payment) will survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States.

Refund & Return Policy

Eligibility

  • Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

  • Products must be in new, unused, resalable condition with original packaging and hardware.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees

  • Standard returns: 10% fee

  • Used but resalable products: 15% fee

  • Custom, made-to-order, or freight-shipped items: Non-returnable

Exclusions

  • Giveaway purchases are final after the promotional period. Orders may only be canceled during the sale (forfeiting entry).

Sales Policy

  • Only one discount code per order.

  • Discount codes apply only to DRT products.

  • Use of a code on non-DRT items will result in order cancellation and a 10% fee.

  • Orders placed before a sale are not eligible for retroactive discounts.

Delivery & Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • In-stock items: ship within 3–5 business days

  • Out-of-stock/made-to-order: subject to lead times

Domestic Shipping

  • Free or flat-rate shipping applies to the lower 48 states only.

  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories will incur additional costs.

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all import fees, duties, VAT, and broker charges.

  • Freight forwarder addresses are not accepted. Orders using them will be canceled with an 8% fee.

Damaged Shipments

  • Inspect all shipments upon delivery.

  • Report damages or shortages within 48 hours. Claims after this window cannot be honored.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be canceled only at DRT’s discretion.

  • Standard cancellations (if approved): 10% fee.

  • Made-to-order items can not be canceled once production has begun. Made to order items include but not limited to: Bumpers, Lo-pro bed bars, Fabricated spindles.

  • Pre-orders: considered built-to-order and cannot be canceled once production begins.

International Orders

  • Large orders outside the U.S. require prior approval.

  • Payment must be made via bank transfer.

  • Freight forwarding addresses will not be accepted.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is kept strictly confidential. DRT Fabrication will never sell or share your data. Information is used only for order fulfillment and DRT marketing.

SMS/Text Messaging Policy

Consent
By checking the opt-in box at checkout or signing up for SMS offers, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing texts from DRT Fabrication. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Opt-Out Policy

Disclaimer of Warranty & Liability

  • All DRT Fabrication products are designed for off-road use only.

  • Products must not be modified from their original design.

  • Welding and installation must be performed by a qualified, certified professional.

  • Customers are responsible for proper installation, maintenance, and safe use.

DRT Fabrication assumes no liability for:

  • Accidents, injuries, or fatalities

  • Structural or vehicle damage

  • Labor, removal, or installation fees

  • Shipping costs

  • Time, inconvenience, or commercial loss

  • Consequential damages of any kind

Suspension modifications alter vehicle handling and stability. Customers must perform a professional wheel alignment and ADAS recalibration (if applicable) immediately after installation.

By installing or using DRT Fabrication products, you assume all risks and liabilities. Use of our products may void your vehicle manufacturer’s warranty—confirm with your dealer.
