Shipping Policy for DRT Fabrication
Shipping Policy
DRT Fabrication ships within the United States only. Shipping rates and delivery options are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Processing Times
Most in stock items ship within 5 to 7 business days after your order is placed.
Some products are out of stock, made to order, or built to order and will have longer lead times. When applicable, lead times may be listed on the product page or communicated after purchase. Lead times are estimates and may change due to production scheduling, supply chain delays, or demand.
Shipping Methods
We ship using common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and freight carriers depending on the size and weight of the items in your order.
Freight Shipments
Large or heavy items may ship via freight. Freight deliveries typically require:

A valid delivery address that can accept freight deliveries

Availability to receive the shipment during the carrier’s scheduled delivery window

Inspection of the shipment upon delivery
Freight delivery is typically curbside. The carrier is not responsible for moving freight into a garage, shop, or inside a residence.
Standard shipping costs are covered by DRT Fabrication. The customer is responsible for any additional fees incurred beyond the base shipping cost. This includes, but is not limited to, charges such as late pickup fees assessed by freight carriers due to failure to collect shipments within the designated time frame.
Freight shipped items are not eligible for returns. Please review the product listing carefully before purchasing.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment costs and any carrier fees.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times shown at checkout are carrier estimates and begin once the shipment leaves our facility. DRT Fabrication is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, service interruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us as soon as possible at info@drt-fabrication.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue. For freight deliveries, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt and take photos before and after opening the packaging.
Shipping Costs and Regions
Any free shipping or flat rate shipping promotions apply only to the lower 48 United States, unless otherwise stated.
Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories are responsible for any additional shipping costs. In some cases, we may contact you after purchase to confirm shipping charges before the order can be fulfilled.
Order Changes and Cancellations
Once an order is placed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed and are at the sole discretion of DRT Fabrication. If a cancellation is approved, a processing fee may apply. Made to order items cannot be canceled once production begins.
