Designed to simplify one of the most time-consuming parts of fitting larger tires, our Tacoma Inner Fender Tub Panels give you a strong, repeatable starting point for properly tubbing your engine bay.
These panels are CNC-cut from 18-gauge steel and bead-rolled for added rigidity, helping maintain strength and structure after removing factory sheet metal. Instead of starting from flat sheet and building everything from scratch, these panels provide the core geometry needed to speed up the fabrication process while keeping the finished result clean and consistent.
This kit is intended for builders who want a solid foundation without sacrificing the flexibility required for custom installs.
Because every truck, suspension setup, and tire combination is different, fabrication, trimming, and welding are required. You will still need to create brackets and small filler pieces by hand, depending on how you choose to cut and integrate the panels into your inner fenders.
These panels are meant to give you a head start on the tubbing process — not a complete bolt-in solution.
